Copperhead™ Carbide tip cutters offer extended tool life on abrasive, tough-to-cut materials and in high-speed mag drills such as the HMD508. The unique Hougen design includes a special tooth geometry that helps maintain a better chip flow than other brands. Copperhead cutters are available in fractional & metric sizes with the Fusion2™ shank. The shank allows for cutters to be used in Hougen drills and competitive models utilizing the one-touch arbor system. Using the set screw arbor system can result in up to 2x the tool life as tool-less systems.
